Services Provided<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OnadaSail offers sailing experiences, including shared and private sailing activities departing from Barcelona and surrounding areas. <br>Details of each experience are provided on the relevant pages of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The specific details of each experience are described on the corresponding pages of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><em>3. Booking and Confirmation<\/em><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bookings are made through the website or via direct contact. A booking is considered confirmed only when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>full payment has been successfully completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a confirmation has been sent to the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OnadaSail reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>4. Prices and Payments<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are displayed in Euros (\u20ac). <br>Full payment is required at the time of booking.<br>Payments are processed securely via <strong>Stripe<\/strong>.<br>OnadaSail does not store payment card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.\u00a0<em>Minimum Participants (Shared Experiences)<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shared experiences require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the experience may be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rescheduled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>converted into an alternative option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cancelled with a full refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.\u00a0<em>Cancellation and Refunds<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation conditions are defined in the <a href=\"https:\/\/projects.alessiaweb.com\/onadasail\/cancellation-refund-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1826\"><strong>Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/strong>.<\/a><br>Customers may cancel free of charge up to <strong>48 hours before the experience<\/strong> unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Weather Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sailing experiences depend on weather and sea conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OnadaSail reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>modify routes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adapt the experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reschedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cancel the experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable. The final decision is always made by the skipper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Arrival and Departure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants must arrive at the meeting point <strong>30 minutes before the scheduled departure time<\/strong>. <br>OnadaSail will wait a maximum of <strong>10 minutes<\/strong> after the scheduled departure time.<br>Late arrivals may result in loss of the booking without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Participant Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>follow all safety instructions provided by the skipper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>behave respectfully towards crew and other guests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respect the boat and equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OnadaSail reserves the right to deny boarding or terminate the experience without refund if a participant\u2019s behavior compromises safety or comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Alcohol Policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. The skipper has full authority to limit or prohibit alcohol consumption if deemed necessary for safety reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Health and Fitness<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to take part in a sailing experience.<br>Any relevant medical conditions should be communicated in advance.<br>Children must be supervised by an adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sailing activities involve inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnadaSail shall not be held liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loss or damage of personal belongings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delays or changes due to weather or operational conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants may be held responsible for damages caused by negligence or improper behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Skipper Authority<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The skipper has full authority on board at all times. All decisions regarding safety, navigation, conduct, and alcohol consumption are final and must be respected by all participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Changes to Services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OnadaSail may modify aspects of the experience (such as route or timing) due to operational or safety reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Applicable Law<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms &amp; Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
